Strategize

We first need to understand the problem, identify the desired output and key metrics to validate the success of the solution. We also try to analyze if there are any low hanging fruits and if there is a scope of quick wins with easier machine learning approaches. Once we determinsugoie there is a fit for Machine Learning, we will work closely together to prepare a roadmap and finalize the requirements.

Explore

Here we explore the available data and the appropriate models. We determine if we need to augment data from crowdsourcing platform or in-house labeling team. We start building the ETL pipelines and perform feature engineering to be used for model building.

Build

We develop models and perform training experiments. We prepare regular reports and sync regularly with the results. We finalize the model with the best performance for deployment.

Deploy

Based on deployment requirement and final model, we either build REST API endpoints or convert the model to be used directly in the native language (Java, Javascript or Python)

Monitor

We monitor and track the results of the model and maintain the models for possible issues and anomalies.
